Azerbaijan MIA delegation takes part in Interpol General Assembly session
The delegation headed by the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Police Lieutenant General Seyfulla Azimov, consisting of the Chief of the National Central Bureau of Interpol, Police Major General Alaslan Aghayev, Deputy Chief of the Bureau, Police Colonel Hamlet Babayev, and the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Turkey, Police Colonel Elshad Suleymanov take part in the 89th session of the International Criminal Police Organization - INTERPOL General Assembly held in Istanbul, Republic of Turkey, on November 23-25, 2021.
During the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation met with Minister of the Interior of Turkey Mr. Suleyman Soylu.
S.Azimov conveyed sincere greetings of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Vilayat Eyvazov to the Minister of the Interior of Turkey Suleyman Soylu. It was noted at the meeting that the sincere friendly and fraternal relations maintained between the two fraternal countries have created a very positive basis for the interaction of the Ministries of the Interior.
S.Soylu also conveyed sincere greetings to Minister Vilayat Eyvazov.
Participants of the meeting, which was held in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and cordiality, discussed a number of issues of concern to the parties.
