02.05.2019Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Colonel General Ramil Usubov received the delegation headed by Minister of Internal Affairs of Montenegro Mevludin Nuhodžć which arrived to our country on a working visit.
Having welcomed the guests, the Minister emphasized that mutual visits and trips of the heads of our states as well as high-level delegations and citizens promoted further development of the close cooperation and mutual trust between Azerbaijan and Montenegro.The Minister then shared brief information about functional duties and areas of activities of MIA, the current criminal situation, reforms carried out in the internal affairs bodies, and efforts made in the sphere of protection of human rights and ensuring satisfaction of citizens.
Having expressed gratitude for hearty reception and hospitality, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Montenegro Mevludin Nuhodžć expressed satisfaction with the development of the cooperation between our countries in all spheres in recent years, peace and stability in our country, and with the fact that our republic and Baku have become one of the most beautiful and safe regions in the world. He also appreciated the large-scale construction activities carried out in our country and promised to make every effort for further development of the cooperation with their friend and partner, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.
The parties also discussed a number of other issues during the meeting.
