On November 22, the next zone conference was held in Ganja city Head Police Department by the participation of the deputies of the chiefs of territorial police authorities for service and the associates of the registration and ID card authorities of the West and Garabag regions.
In the conference, the works done by the related service in the past period of the current year and as well as the duties before the police authorities connected with municipality elections to be held on December 23 were widely discussed.
The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, the police major-general Ismat Aliyev took part in the meeting too.

The chief of the Head Office for Passport, Registration and Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police major-general Arziman Aliyev, the chief of the Department of Registration and ID card police colonel Gulshan Ahmadova   delivered a speech with reports on the measures taken in the direction of prevention of shortcomings left in the service activities. 

Then various speeches were listened, and discussion and exchange of view was conducted on the issues connected with the subject.   
The police major-general Ismat Aliyev concluding the event reminding the pretensions noted in the last operative conference in the ministry stated the necessity of prevention of shortcomings and errors made in the activities, and the negative cases prejudicing the high reputation and business image of the police among the society within the short period of time and talked about the main duties set forth.

The deputy minister remembering the recommendations and the assignments by the President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev on importance of improvement of the service activities, ensuring the citizens’ satisfaction, issuance of the ID cards to all citizens having the right to vote in the municipality elections, at the same time, regular information of the public through mass media on the executed works, and required every associate to fulfill the duties undertaken by it in a high level and decently.
