The Working Group on "Risk Analysis" of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings convened for its next meeting

The Ministry of Internal Affairs hosted the next meeting of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings' "Risk Analysis" working group on September 25, in the Ministry.

According to the third point of the working group's Action Plan for 2024, cyber threat as a technological risk—especially the use of cyber weapons and tools for the purpose of cyber warfare, cyber espionage, and cyber crime as its manifestations—was discussed in the meeting attended by Ismet Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and head of the "Risk Analysis" working group. It was observed that the World Economic Forum's Global Risks Report served as the methodological foundation for the topics brought up.

At the meeting reports of Hikmet Mammadov, Head of Department of the Main Information and Communication Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, members of the working group - Amrah Rahmanov, Head of the Risk Assessment and Methodology Department of the Financial Monitoring Service, Mehdi Hasanov, Head of the Financial-Banking and Digitization Sector of the Economic Policy Department of the Ministry of Economy, Samir Rasulov, Head of the Electronic Security Service under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport were heard. 

Following the meeting, the working group members were assigned suitable tasks to report the proposals on the agenda item to the working group secretary for submission to the Republic of Azerbaijan's Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings, taking into consideration their thoughts and recommendations.
