The information by the Ministry of Internal Affairs

The minister greeting the guests cordially reminded that the friendship between our peoples had ancient history, and the great leader Heydar Aliyev had undeniable services in building and development of the bilateral relationships. Mr. Ramil Usubov stated that these relations developed in accordance with the political will of the heads of the countries and the strategy defined by them, and they were deepened in the result of the mutual visits. He noted that the peoples belonging to various religions and languages have been living in our country in a tolerant environment, in the condition of friendship and kindness for centuries, today the representatives of those nations decently serve in the rows of the authorities of internal affairs of the republic.

Then, the minister Ramil Usubov gave brief information about the works done and the reforms implemented within the past period for provision of the criminal situation and persistence of stability in the country. Mr. Minister stated the importance of extension of the cooperation serving to the interests of brother and friend peoples, provision of the security in the region.
 
Gela Dumbadze expressing gratitude for the cordial reception and detailed information reminding that he acted as the counselor in the embassy of his country in our Republic in 2001-2005 shared the favorable memories connected with the great leader Heydar Aiyev and noted with pleasure that Azerbaijan and as well as the capital Baku was changed to unrecognizable extent and developing with the dynamic rate.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia in our country Teymuraz Sharshenidze took part in the meeting.
