On March 13 about 4.00 p.m. in a territory of Khatai district of the capital city was broke out fire in a house by Parvin Mammadzade. After that fire has been controlled there were found a burned bodies of the house owner, his spouse Ayten Gurbanova and 4 years old daughter Fidan.

During a preliminary investigation were found a numerous compound cutting and shooting wounds on a bodies of Parvin Mammadzade and Ayten Gurbanova, though his child was killed from suffocation.

For disclosing of this heinous crime in locus delicti has immediately been arrives a representatives of the Baku Main Police Department, the  Police Department of Khatai district and prosecutor’s office. They are without delay had been commenced an investigation of the case.

In result of professional level of the investigation group’s members has been established  a murderer’s identity. Taking into consideration that murderer will goes into hiding in Baku and other regions of the country,  by officers the Main Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Police Department of Gazakh district is detained a murderer – Vugar Dadashov in a territory of Khanliglar village of Gazakh district.

Vugar Dadashov, an active member of the illegal armed group headed by Elchin Amiraslanov - one of the organizers of the 1995 coup d'etat - was arrested by Interior bodies in 1996 and sentenced by the court to 10 years of imprisonment in accordance with part 3 of article 70-2 (active membership of illegal armed group), part 3 of article 220-1 (armed robbery of fire-arms, ammunition and explosives), and part 1 of article 220-1 (unsanctioned bearing, storing, transportation and acquisition of ammunition and explosives.) of the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.

It should be noted that as a result of pressing appeals by separate human rights activists and non-governmental organizations to the various international structures, and due to their efforts, Vugar Dadashov as well as a number of persons committed grave crimes, was included in the list of in fact non-existent “political prisoners”. While detaining, US $276, AZM 487 thousand and the clothes of the late were confiscated from Vugar Dadashov.  In the house of the killers close relative, resident of Gazakh region, Mehman Mohtaramov, two cell phones, a golden ring, necklace and a few sets of clothing that he took from Parvin Mamadzade’s flat after the crime he had committed with special brutality.
